Augustinus Bader leave-in hair treatment for dry, thinning, frizz-prone hair
A leave-in treatment, applied in a small amount to clean, dry or towel-dried hair and left in, 2 to 3 times a week. Its maker names it for dry, thinning, frizz-prone hair, as leave-in protection between washes.
It is the last step of the hair routine, after shampoo, conditioner and the scalp treatment that goes on before it.
The shampoo and conditioner that open the routine sit with the wash-out steps on the same line.

In its 12-week study of 35 women and men with all hair types:
- Hair hydration rose by 115% and shine by 330%
- Hair smoothness rose by 185%
- Hair strength rose by 182% and strand thickness by 138%
- Hair count rose by 31%
- Broken and damaged hair from brushing fell by 93%
In a 12-week consumer perception study of 105 women and men, 97% said hair was easier to manage and style, 95% said it detangled hair, and 94% said it reduced drying time.
