Xeroform Petrolatum Gauze 2 x 2 Drs 25 By Kendall Healthcare is a sterile, non-adherent dressing designed to protect wounds and maintain a moist healing environment. It consists of fine-mesh absorbent gauze impregnated with USP White Petrolatum and a medicated/deodorizing agent. It may be used as a primary dressing for wounds, burns and skin graft sites. The impregnated surface helps minimize adherence to the wound bed and facilitates dressing changes. The package contains 25 dressings, each measuring 2 Γ— 2 inches. The product was marketed by Kendall Healthcare and is associated with the Covidien/Medtronic wound-care line.
