Major Bismatrol Regular Strength features a protective coating action designed to provide soothing relief for upset stomach, indigestion, diarrhea, heartburn, and nausea, comparable to the active ingredient in Pepto-Bismol.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Bismuth subsalicylate 262 mg per 15 mL (Stomach relief). Inactive ingredients: Benzoic acid, D&C Red No. 22, D&C Red No. 28, flavoring, magnesium aluminum silicate, methylcellulose, salicylic acid, sodium benzoate, water, xanthan gum.
