DermaCol™ 100 – 100% Type 1 Bovine Collagen Powder Wound Filler is a powdered wound filler made from Type I bovine collagen. It is designed for topical application directly to the wound bed and contact with wound exudate. The collagen powder helps maintain a moist wound environment that supports granulation tissue formation and epithelialization. It has high absorbency and can be easily distributed across the wound surface. It is indicated for various partial- and full-thickness wounds, including ulcers and surgical wounds. The product is sterile and is not made with natural rubber latex. The identified presentation contains 1 g per unit, 10 units per box.
