About This Product

Delsym Children's Cough + Chest Congestion DM is a cherry-flavored liquid formulated for temporary relief of cough and chest congestion associated with mucus buildup. It contains dextromethorphan as a cough suppressant and guaifenesin as an expectorant. The formula helps reduce coughing and loosen and thin bronchial mucus. It is specifically presented as a children's formulation for children 4 years of age and older. Each 5 mL contains 5 mg of dextromethorphan and 100 mg of guaifenesin. This presentation contains 4 fl oz, equivalent to 118 mL, and includes a dosing cup.
