Ashwagandha and Bacopa are a classical pairing in Ayurveda: a grounding root alongside Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), the small-leafed herb known in India as Brahmi and honored for generations as a plant of the mind.

Our Ashwagandha is grown from seed and biodynamically farmed in Oregon, harvested fresh at peak season, and made in small batches using our spagyric method, a dual extraction that returns the plant's own minerals to the finished tincture. We blend it three parts to one with Bacopa.

Ingredients

• Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), biodynamically farmed: 0.75 mL per serving
• Bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri): 0.25 mL per serving
• Organic cane alcohol (40% or less)
• Filtered water

Fresh herb to liquid ratio: 1:2

Suggested Use

Take 1 mL (about 30 drops), 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Shake well before use.
