How to Use the System

Step 1: Swish Oxy Pulling for 20 seconds before brushing to wash away surface bacteria and toxins, then spit out.

Step 2 (Brushing): Place 1/4 spoonful of Tooth Powder directly into your mouth along with a 1/4 oz squirt of Natural Mouthwash. Brush thoroughly with your lips closed. Rinse with lukewarm water.
