Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief, Lemon Lime Effervescent Tablets, 36 Count is an antacid medication in lemon-lime flavored effervescent tablets formulated to provide relief from heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, and upset stomach associated with these symptoms. Each tablet contains anhydrous citric acid and heat-treated sodium bicarbonate as active ingredients. When dissolved in water, these ingredients produce an effervescent solution containing sodium citrate, the principal antacid in the resulting drink.
